The five-day face-to-face activity is focused on strengthening the implementation, compliance, and operational approaches of the Crisis Intervention Division (CID) and its counterparts in the regional offices. The activity includes discussions, planning sessions, and workshops that provide a platform for identifying the challenges, opportunities, and necessary interventions for the 2025 program implementation. Through group discussions and collaborative workshops, participants will align their regional strategies with national goals, identifying needs for technical assistance and addressing operational concerns. The workshop is structured to identify and consolidate operational interventions, strategies, and plans for CID and its counterparts, aiming to standardize directives and optimize performance across regions. This collaborative planning will ensure CID remains a key resource for those in need of crisis assistance.
